Campaign Update: Making My Case to the Voters and the Math Behind It

Campaign Update: Making My Case to the Voters and the Math Behind It March 5, 2026 As the race for Washington's 1st Congressional District heats up, I want to share where things stand and why I believe this campaign represents the best path forward for Democrats who value balance, integrity, and common sense. As of today, this is shaping up to be a crowded top two primary . The two candidates who receive the most votes advance to the general election regardless of party preference, and all candidates must clear the 1% threshold to qualify. We expect at least five candidates on the ballot. Myself   Kincaid   challenging incumbent Representative Suzan DelBene , along with Hunter Gordon (a self described socialist), James Etzkorn (running as an independent), and one or more Republican candidates. The Reality of the Field Representative DelBene will almost certainly raise the most money and lead the field in resources. She has major incumbent advantages, and her ...

Kincaid’s Statement on Antisemitic Attack Against Jewish Student in Seattle

What happened to a 15-year-old Jewish girl at Nathan Hale High School in Seattle is not just deeply disturbing. It is a case study in how antisemitism spreads when institutions fail to confront it  and in how that failure, left unchecked, produces something genuinely terrifying. This is racism. This is hate. This is evil. And the response from the school system made it worse. I call upon the Mayor of Seattle, the Governor of Washington, the State Attorney General, and all city, state, and federal representatives to condemn this attack without hesitation. I urge them to fully investigate every student and staff member involved  and to offer their unwavering support to the victim and her family. The people of Seattle and the entire state of Washington should be horrified that this happened. We should be embarrassed. We should be ashamed. There is an infection of evil spreading in our country, and this case is one of the most chilling symptoms. I fear what the students ...

White House Office to Combat Antisemitism

Proposal for the Creation of a White House Office to Combat Antisemitism June 14, 2025  ·  By Kincaid Jewish Americans are facing harassment, vandalism, intimidation, and violence  and too often the government's response is fragmented, slow, and invisible to the public. Despite the documented rise of antisemitism in the United States and around the world, there is no permanent White House office solely dedicated to confronting this growing threat. While agencies like the State Department and the Domestic Policy Council play supporting roles, their efforts are disconnected, reactive, and largely unknown to most Americans. We need a permanent, visible, high level response. That is why I am proposing the creation of a White House Office to Combat Antisemitism , housed within the Executive Office of the President. This office would serve as the center of gravity for federal coordination  setting national priorities, aligning agency efforts, measuring results, and...
