Stalking Victim Protection and Accountability Act of 2027

Why did the stalker of Paige Bueckers get probation and a ban from games? Why such a light sentence . The stalker already had a warrant for arson . He should have been put behind bars for a very long time. He is clearly dangerous and a threat to the life of Paige Bueckers. He is not somone who will obey a ban to stay away from games. If he shows up to a game and starts shooting people. Will they talk about how it could have been prevented. Will they take about the warning signs. Just like they do over and over again. Have we learned nothing as a society. Caitlin Clark. Paige Bueckers. Emma Raducanu. Even global icons like Taylor Swift.  All of them have been targeted by stalkers. And they’re not alone. From the world of sports to music to public service, women in the spotlight are being hunted, harassed, and threatened by dangerous individuals.  These aren’t isolated incidents. These are warning signs. And the truth is any one of these women could have been killed. T...

White House Office to Combat Antisemitism

Proposal for the Creation of a White House Office to Combat Antisemitism June 14, 2025 By Kincaid Jewish Americans are facing harassment, vandalism, intimidation, and violence, and too often the response from government is fragmented, slow, and hard to see. Despite rising antisemitism in the United States and around the world, there is no permanent White House office solely dedicated to this growing threat. We need a permanent, visible, high-level response. That is why I am proposing the creation of a White House Office to Combat Antisemitism, located inside the Executive Office of the President (EOP). This office would be the center of gravity for federal coordination: setting national priorities, organizing agencies, measuring results, and ensuring the federal government responds with speed, seriousness, an...

Kincaid Immigration Policy

A Real Discussion On Immigration This nation has never had a real conversation about immigration. Not the conversation we need , the one that asks how we got here, why tensions are rising, and what kind of society we want to build. Instead, we get sound bites and photo ops. Politicians from both parties offer slogans, not solutions. They tell us, “these are jobs Americans won’t do,” and that “we need immigrants to keep prices low.” That’s the full extent of the conversation. But it’s not honest  and it’s not enough. Here’s the truth.  Today in America, 42% of our agricultural workers are undocumented immigrants. So are 23% of construction workers. This isn’t a system built on fairness  it’s one built on exploitation. We have created an economy that depends on people who live in the shadows. A system where millions are essential ...
