Suzan DelBene and Healthcare – Why We Need a Better Plan

Looking at Suzan DelBene’s stance on healthcare and my proposal for a Universal Healthcare Pilot Program. Suzan DelBene supports the Affordable Care Act and a public option but does not back Medicare for All. While these programs help some people, many families still face high premiums, deductibles, and surprise bills. My approach: Launch a Universal Healthcare Pilot Program a real world beta test in select regions to prove it works before national expansion Eliminate medical bankruptcy by capping out of pocket expenses Reduce drug prices through direct federal negotiation Washington families deserve healthcare that works for everyone not just for those who can afford the current system. Suzan DelBene’s Votes on Tax Policy

A comparison of Suzan DelBene’s tax policy record with my Real Tax Reform and Simplification Act. Over her 12+ years in Congress, Suzan DelBene has supported packages like the 2021 Build Back Better bill, which raised taxes on the wealthy but offered little direct relief for middle-class families in high-cost areas like ours. I believe we need real, permanent tax reform: No federal income tax for those earning $61,000 or less Simplified tax forms for everyone Closing loopholes for multinational corporations Middle income families in Washington deserve to keep more of what they earn without needing an accountant to understand the tax code. Suzan DelBene and the Housing Crisis in Washington

Suzan DelBene and the Housing Crisis in Washington -And where I stand differently  Housing prices in Washington’s 1st District have soared in recent years. Suzan DelBene has supported federal housing programs but has not introduced major legislation to directly bring down home prices in our area. While assistance programs help some, they do not address the root causes  limited housing supply and high construction costs. My plan includes: Federal tax incentives for building affordable housing in high-cost regions Streamlined zoning approvals for workforce housing No federal income tax for families earning $61,000 or less It’s time for bold action that delivers results for working families not just studies and pilot grants.
