The Federal Election Commission does not permit donations from. Corporations , labor organizations , federal government contractors and foreign nationals.

Before contributing, please review the eligibility rules below.
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are making this contribution with your own personal funds, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You are not a federal contractor.
- You are not using funds from a corporation, labor union, nonprofit organization, or foreign national.
- If contributing from a business account, it is not an incorporated business (e.g., not an LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp).
FAQ: Who Can Donate to the Kincaid Exploratory Committee?
Can individuals donate?
Yes. U.S. citizens and green card holders can donate up to $3,300 during the exploratory phase (subject to FEC contribution limits).
Can a local business donate?
Only if the business is not incorporated (e.g., a sole proprietorship). Corporations and incorporated LLCs cannot donate.
Can a church or religious group donate?
No. Federal law prohibits donations from churches, synagogues, mosques, or other 501(c)(3) organizations.
Can a nonprofit environmental or advocacy group donate?
No, not directly. But if they have a registered Political Action Committee (PAC), the PAC may donate within legal limits.
Can I donate on behalf of someone else or get reimbursed for a donation?
No. All donations must come from your own funds. No one can donate in someone else’s name.
